Job Description

Smart Happy Money team is a growing Financial planning business based in Bayswater. Our focus is on providing quality holistic advice to clients with ethical investing in mind. We need an administrative support team member to help us grow and manage client communications and administration for para-planner and adviser. Your task is to ensure that processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Tasks may include, taking phone calls, booking appointments, managing the creation and sending of FDSs and OPT INs, managing incoming and outgoing paperwork, other office and administrative work (scanning, note taking, coffee/tea for meetings etc.) Task will also include working on and supporting the team with special projects where appropriate.
